Conduct Guidelines

    USAsite.com offers various Internet Services its customers for both personal and business use. The conduct guidelines listed below are intended to provide the maximum amount of freedom for USAsite.com customers while at the same time providing USAsite.com the ability to meet its business goals. The guidelines are as follows:


Malicious Conduct/Violations of Law

    The Service may not be used to intentionally damage any individual or entity in any way and USAsite.com expressly prohibits the same. Any willfully malicious conduct in violation of law, statute or generally accepted ethical standards is prohibited.   6. Unauthorized reproduction of copyrighted material
  7. Facilitating, aiding, or encouraging any of the above activities



Pornography/Illegal Content on Web Pages

    USAsite.com expressly prohibits the use of customer web pages for the display of images or text that is considered pornography or activities determined to be illegal by USAsite.com.



Privacy/Security

    USAsite.com reserves the right to resolve system problems using means including but not limited to examining accounting logs and other records, accessing an account’s mailbox and any other means necessary to ensure proper functioning of the system. USAsite.com does not guarantee the security of any data. USAsite.com assumes no liability for the loss of private or confidential material. USAsite.com customers should be aware that no computer system or network is safe from system failures. No sensitive material should be passed through the Internet unless encrypted and secured. USAsite.com will endeavor to provide the latest security measures to offer the best possible security.



Mail/Newsgroups/Chat

    USAsite.com prohibits "e-mail bombing," which can be described as sending e-mail(s) of a large size for the purpose of using up all disk storage resources of the recipient. USAsite.com prohibits "spamming" which can be described as the use of (and/or appearing to use) the service for sending unwanted and unsolicited electronic e-mail messages. USAsite.com expressly forbids the sending of unsolicited commercial e-mail. Traffic of unsolicited e-mail. USAsite.com prohibits forging any message or part of the message header/tracking data contained thereon.

    With respect to newsgroups and forums, USAsite.com forbids posts such as chain letters, blind or blanket messages (spamming), or messages which result in excessive complaints to USAsite.com.

      USAsite.com encourages customers using the newsgroups to familiarize themselves with proper etiquette of each particular newsgroup which the customer is using. USAsite.com generally prohibits postings such as chain letters, blind or blanket postings, or postings which result in excessive complaints to USAsite.com and reserves the right to disable all or part of a user’s account without notice.
