  1. Does each domain in the Reseller Plans get its own separate FTP/Email etc?

Each domain has its own separate FTP/Email access, FrontPage extensions etc. They are separate domains.

  2. Are there any discounts for prepayment?

There is a 5% discount if prepayment is received for 1 year.

  3. How long does it take to setup a domain?

We usually setup the domains in 24 hours of your placing an order. You can start FTP'ing your files/documents once we email you the setup information with the setup instructions and passwords. We submit the registration or transfer request to Internic as a courtesy service to our clients. We cannot guarantee how fast Internic will process requests. Internic registration times vary, generally new registrations take between 24 - 48 hrs and domain transfers take 24 hours to 5 days but this varies depending on how fast Internic is processing requests.

  4. I want to transfer a Internic domain? How does this work?

We submit the registration or transfer request to Internic as a courtesy service to our clients. We cannot guarantee how fast Internic will process requests. Average time is generally between 1-5 days after you send back the acknowledgement of transfer to Internic.

The steps involved in a transfer are:

    a) We would submit a request for transfer to Internic.
    b) Internic then contacts via email - the administrative and technical contacts listed in their records requesting Acknowledgement of the transfer. Either one of the contacts may reply to the Internic email. No Transfer will take place unless an acknowledgement is received by Internic.
    c) Once the acknowledgement is received transfer takes place.
    d) We strongly recommend that you do not close your existing site down until 5 days after Internic complete the transfer. It can take up to 5 days for the changes to be propagated through the Internet.

You can find out the registered contacts for your domain by running a domain name check. If you do not have access to the emails listed you can still process the transfer by faxing over the required info. to Internic. Inform us at the time of filling out your Work Order and we will send you the required instructions for faxing the documents.

  5. Do you host foreign domains?

No. We are looking into the possibilities. Until then try this company for Outside the US.

  6. Is there a minimum commitment period?

Our contracts are month to month. There is no minimum commitment period. We feel that if we do our job well - you will stay with us so a minimum contract is unnecessary.

  7. How do I upgrade from one package to another? Is there a cost involved in upgrading?

You can upgrade to another package or add another package if your current package is full, by simply informing us. There is no cost to upgrade.

  8. I have more than 10 domains - what do I do?

We will bill you on the price quoted in the Reseller Plan. You do not need to obtain another plan for example; say you had 10 domains. You can add 1, you only pay for the additional domain.

  9. Are there any special qualifications for resellers?
