read Instructions below...

1. If you have problems with passwords or trying to access
    FTP/Frontpage  etc. Please provide us the Host Name/IP,
    User Name, Password you are attempting to use.

2. If some script is not working, provide the exact URL for ex. 
    http://www.domainname.com/scriptpath.

3. To setup ODBC please provide the following info:
    DSN Name, Location of the Database (User Name /
    Password if required).

4. To update an database that has an ODBC lock on it
    - please upload the database to a directory under your 
    ODBC directory  (create a directory called Updates, if
    necessary) and send us the location/name of the new
    database and location/name of the old database that
    needs to be updated.

5. If you have problems configuring your Email and our
   Support Pages do not  solve them, please send us the
   following information: Email User Name, Software you are
   using (incl. version #), Settings you  currently have for the
   User Name, Password, Incoming Mail Server, Outgoing
   Mail Server.
